Blog Response: Rewired Youth? BuzzMachine

This is a blog is response to Jeff Jarvis' Rewired Youth?The title of this blog post really caught my attention because of the growth of technology and the younger generation growing up in it. I have heard several times that my generation is called "always on". It's true. My generation is always on something that connects to the internet or plugged in to our iPods. My generation was the beginning of the growth of technology.On the blog it states: "In 2020 the brains of multitasking teens and young adults are “wired” differently from those over age 35 and overall it yields helpful results."I have to agree with the statement. Most people around the age of my parents do not understand technology (as much as we do) or see why we are always on the internet. It has become a custom for my generation and the younger generation to always be on.As a younger generation, we have tendencies to find out things quicker and through different ways than an older generation would. Their brains are not "wired" like ours.Each generation will be defined as something as time goes on and the growth of technology and knowledge. This is an advantage and disadvantage because we  do not know how things will turn out in the future but we can predict what can happen.
